We do in STORE CREDIT ONLY for purchases within 7 days WITH the receipt and tags attached! All preorders, sale, holiday, store credit purchases, and accessories are FINAL SALE!

For online orders selecting store pickup you will have 7 days to return from the date the order was placed.

For online orders selecting shipping please email us at 5pointsboutique@gmail.com with the order number and item you are wanting to return. You have 7 days from the date delivered to make a return for STORE CREDIT. You can purchase a return label for your item through us for $6 that will be deducted from your store credit, or you can return the item on your own. Once we receive your item and it is eligible for a return (tags attached, within time frame, not a sale item, and not damaged) you will be given a code to use your credit online, or be put in our system for store credit to use in the store.

If you want to exchange your item for a different size you can purchase a return and exchange label together for $10.

YOU CAN’T RETURN AN ITEM ON STORE CREDIT.
