We do in STORE CREDIT ONLY for purchases within 7 DAYS WITH the receipt and tags attached! We DO NOT take anything back after 7 days.

All preorders, shoes, swimsuits, sale, holiday, store credit purchases, and accessories are FINAL SALE!!!

For online orders selecting store pickup you will have 7 days to return from the date the order was placed, not picked up.

For online orders selecting shipping please email us at 5pointsboutique@gmail.com with the order number and item you are wanting to return. You have 7 days from the date delivered to make a return for STORE CREDIT. You can purchase a return label for your item through us for $6 that will be deducted from your store credit, or you can return the item on your own. Once we receive your item and it is eligible for a return (tags attached, within time frame, not a sale item, and not damaged) your credit will be added to your account that will show at checkout. If you are using the credit in-store, you must let the employee know you have store credit on your account, so that it can be applied.

If you want to exchange your item right away you can purchase a return and exchange label together for $10. Once your invoice is paid and we receive the return your exchange will be mailed to you.

If you do happen to receive a damaged item, you have 24/hrs once purchased, or delivered to let us know of the damage.

YOU CAN’T RETURN AN ITEM ON STORE CREDIT.
